
When you wake up, sleep is gone, whole of nature comes alive. Everything becomes aware and alert. That's what this meditation is all about, becoming aware and alert. Observe contiously during this meditation.
Be a observer, stay a observer. Even when that is impossible to do. During the breathing you will become one with your breathing, you will not be a observer but become the observation. Observe your body doing the meditation, be an observer of your body, of your being, during the first three stages of this meditation.
