During the first stage you breath with all of your might through your nose. Focus on exhaling. Make your breathing as powerfull and strong as possible. Breath with all of your body, not only letting your belly rise and fall, but use your body from your head to your toes. Breath as fast and powerfull as you can, and then even go a step faster, a step more powerfull. Become one with your breathing, be one with your breath. Let your energy rise, higher and higher, not letting the energy fall back, ever letting it rise.
